By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being throughout the duration of the event. The organizers, sponsors, and associated parties shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, losses, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event. In the case of a medical or other emergency, you are responsible for seeking appropriate assistance, and the organizers assume no responsibility for any related outcomes.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, extreme weather, or other emergencies), tickets are non-refundable. However, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative solutions, such as rescheduling the event, providing ticket transfers to a future event, or offering credit towards other events or merchandise at our discretion.

By attending this event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded, with the resulting materials potentially used for promotional and marketing purposes by the studio, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or included in any media coverage, please inform one of our staff members before the event begins so we can accommodate your preference accordingly.
